Snow White in the Woods

Happy Monday Ladies! Did you have a nice weekend? 

Ours was lovely. Our little home still looks like a bombs hit it so to me, that's the sign that i was too busy having a nice time rather than doing the housework. Its always there tomorrow right? Besides with 3 kids tidying is like snow shovelling in a blizzard.... Pointless!

 Paul as usual, took these photos for me, but this time he played about with the above image. He is just so clever, it blows my mind sometimes. It looks like i'm a painting up there. If any of you like fancy-shmancy, super lovely photos, he's not long joined Instagram and some of the photos he takes are absolutely superb, hes @Pst007x

Another remix in the bag. This is a favourite dress, the pretty birds on a wire and of course my signature go to colours;)

My lovely blogging buddy Kym once commented that there was a certain Snow White esque presence to one of my ensembles. Looking back at these photos they totally reminded me of Snow White. Just need me some dwarfs and i would be sorted! i think Neo would make the perfect Dopey, heehee!

Monday Mingle

Craving Coats

Each autumn/ winter i treat myself to a new coat. It's a time i really look forward to and i take great pleasure in looking through different styles and types of coats and jackets. 

Having bought at least one (more like 2 or 3) coats each year for the best part of 10 years, you can appreciate, i have a lot of coats. So this year i am going to buy just one reeaaally nice one.

Ok so i've said the word coats so many times now its starting to sound funny.

So without further a do here is the shortlist... coats coats coats coats! blah

Oh Red Blazer How I Love Thee

Good Monday to you folks! How did that weekend turn out for you? Good i hope.
We are well an truly cream crackered over here. After a weekend of celebrating Neo's birthday it's kinda nice to get back to normal. The lucky thing had 3 days of fun, family and cake. Well you're only 2 once aren't ya!

I absolutely loved this outfit, it was just plain easy. Bar the one exception of the dress length, it did feel a little, um, flyaway, but apart from that super easy, super lovely.
And the red blazer, yes its still love. It's not monogamous though i have to say, i do see other blazers from time to time but old red here still has a big place in my heart.
I've gone from owning zero blazers to 3 in the past 6 months. Jeee maybe i'm growing up? Or maybe the cardigans just needed a rest before they all ganged up on me for being over worked. Meh, who knows.

My amazing sister took these photos for me, she did such a good job and we had such a giggle. We're the type of sisters who have completely the same sense of humour and find each other hilarious when nobody else usually does. We can also quote Friends lines like its nobodies business and name each episode from which it came. Yes we are very talented;)
I really would be lost without her, nobody would laugh at my crappy jokes any more or humour me when im grumpy. Plus shes pretty awesome and gives me free fabric. Oh yeh, she's definitely a keeper.
