Hi lovelies, how was your weekend? Mine was a good one! Seriously busy but super good. I got to spend some lovely one on one time with my darling hubby and it was wonderful.
Then Sunday night after we drove home we went out on a double date with one of my loveliest oldest friends. We went for Indian food (which was possibly the best i've ever had,,nomnomnom!!) and chatted and laughed. It was lovely.
I've started Monday reflectivley, after such a great weekend its made me realise how lucky i am to have met Paul and to have married such a wonderful man who is literally my best friend. I don't talk about him on here much, but i feel so truly lucky and blessed to be married to him and to be sharing my life with him... here's to great partners and hubbys!! (ok my gushy slushy lovely doveyness is over i promise)
Dress: New Look
Shoes: Next (old)
Bag & Jacket: Matalan
What did you get up to this weekend, i would love to hear!
Ps when i turned round and looked in to the field shortly after our first few snaps, i had one heck of a crowd...
I was in absolute stiches, it was so funny, these beautiful cows were all stood together totally rubber necking... i mean, what an audience! haha!!

In love with that maxi!
ReplyDeleteI got the other half to take outfit pictures in a field, haha #twinning! xx
ReplyDeleteAfter having a very busy week, I spent Saturday redoing my living room easy chair. Sunday I reorganized my sewing junk. It would seem that I could've done both of those tasks in one afternoon, but I took my time about it. Plus, I had many, many nice interruptions by the boys and Hubby. :o)
ReplyDeleteI understand why you had such a captive audience...they just had to have a better look at you in your gorgeous maxi dress! I bet they were also trying to get a good peek at your awesome necklace too. :o)

haha - I also spent my weekend among cows. :)
ReplyDeleteI got to visit my aunt and uncle's farm this weekend - picked some orchard-fresh apples, fresh peaches, and fresh country air. It was quite rejuvenating, and like you, have been quite reflective starting my week after lovely time spent with family.
Love the dress by the way lovely :)
Love these photos, what a great dress.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty dress and I love that choker necklace! Sounds like a really nice roadtrip :) I love one on one time with my Hubby too - I'm not ready to give it up! Haha. And I loved the lovey mushy stuff :) Those cows are too funny and now I really want indian food, it's my favorite!
ReplyDeleteP.S. The legging shorts are really hard to find here too! Although I did find some on eBay the other day! Definitely check there!

it really sounds like you had a lovely weekend:-) and your dress is very pretty! x
ReplyDeleteLove the print of the dress. The pictures with the cows are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteDon't you love it when it works out that you get to spend some QT with the husband? With the kids around, it doesn't happen as often as I'd like... but it's always so special when it does!
ReplyDeleteLove the print on that dress!
What a Stunning B+W Maxi Dress, Miss Rachel. This is the 2nd B+W Maxi Dress from the blogging world, that I am loving today. =) I really like how you styled yours with the light-colored Denim Jacket. =)
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like it was really good for you both to have some time to spend together, it definitely is great to get away with friends!
