Pink Blazer with Ripped Jeans and Leopard Print Heels

My vision of foresight worked its wonders again. You see, when i started upon the #100daysnospend i kind of went on a mad dash buying a fair few things in the sales; The lilac coat, was one of the purchases and this pink little blazer was another. I absolutely just love it! Its made of the softest fabric but at the same time is sturdy and structured. Along with my love for khaki, and monochrome lately, blush pink is definitely up there for me. Its such a pretty colour that can also look edgy and that makes me think it's pretty much pinky perfect.
Plus in the boxing day sales it was a mere £15!! Bargain and beautiful.. This shopping in the sales in the wrong season is really proving to be worth it.
So its a super simple outfit for me, with some ripped jeans and a grey v-neck(creased) tee.
Super Simple should be my middle name...
Oh wait, i think i just insulted my own intelligence there(LOL)

The shoes are also leopard perfection. Mothers day perks;) Presents included these amazing shoes that i had my eye on for so long. Its been a lovely amazing day. I feel so lucky to be a mother, both for the amazing mothers day pressies and also for my amazing kiddoes;)
Feeling very blessed right now.

NAVY TRENCH WITH BRETON AND FAUX LEATHER(&Passion4Fashion Linkup)

I think a heads-up should be given to you. I have got the most terrible habit that i can't quit. My habit is stripes. Its a serious problem. All in want to do lately is put my Breton tops with everything, in any combination. Its possibly quite lazy, but the Parisian chic look (do they even wear stripes in Paris, or is that just an outmoded stereotype? im not sure..) is so easy to create and adds instant chic as soon as you don those stripes.
I've mentioned before that i like to make lists of potential outfits that i like to plan to wear. it helps me stay organised and know what i've got to work with. Well i can tell you out of 15 outfits 11 of them have stripes. Its a problem, i know.
Maybe i will exhaust them and get to the point where i can't even stand another stripe. Who knows. Either way i'm just going to roll with it (apologies in advance for the stripe overload)

When i recently got this trench (bought with a rather welcome gift card!) in my mind it had to be worn with a simple Breton. I also thought at the time it would be perfect with loafers and boyfriend jeans for easy weekend wear. But after my faux leather skirt round-up, this little mini was just begging me to be paired with some stripes, so that's what i did.
I also had the absolute pleasure of wearing this gorgeous DKNY bag from Harvey Nichols. The excitement when this delivery arrived was like christmas had come early. If we're friends on Instagram(if we aren't why not? we should be, lets be!) you will have seen the beautiful packaging it arrived in ( here, and again here
There is something just so regal, so wonderful about Harvey Nichols.
And yes this little red bag is most definitely bag love.
It's strap can be extended or doubled, meaning it can be worn across body or doubled up for shoulder wear. That is perfection right there folks. Sometimes a girl needs both hands and therefore across the body it goes. Other times i want to feel like a lady and i can pop in on my shoulder.
See, told you i loved it, do you blame me? ;)

Mine being stripes in this case.
Do share i love to hear about other peoples crazy obssesions.. it makes me feel better (heehee)

Denim on Denim with a Pop of Colour

The milder weather excites me, it means shoes again! I mean, obviously i wear shoes all year round, but in the winter its boots only in the cold wet weather. Milder days brings out the shoe lover in me, and as much as i love my boots its so refreshing to reach for a pair of bright cheerful heels!
This outfit had been in my mind for some time, so i patiently waited (something i am not very good at!) until the day when the sun came out and the temperature hit double figures! As much as i love dressing for autumn and winter, by this point i am most grateful for milder weather. I actually started perusing for sandals last week, the thought of sunny warm days beckoning excites me.
But for now i am very happy to wear some ripped denim, a favourite grey coat, chambray shirt and a pop of colour from the shoes, the clutch and the necklace... Spring may not have really swung in to action fully (its miserable and rainy today.. these were taken yesterday), but my outfits are now in Spring mode ;)
The Colour Pop necklace has been waiting for its day to shine and yesterday was its moment. Its such a fun piece that now i can't stop wearing it. Bringing fun to any outfit. I love how it brings in the orange from the clutch and the blue from my Kurt Geiger heels. I love it when an outfit comes together like the pieces were made for each other, don't you?

Are you dressing for spring yet?
Are there any pieces you are looking forward to wearing?
