Im still pretty fuzzy in the head department, you know that fog that comes down and surrounds your brain with a cold? So outfit had to be a no brainer, easy and cosy. I've had this chevron cardigan years and its retro colouring is just such a great statement in itself that it doesnt need a lot more, so i just literally went with some flared high waisted jeans (which incidentally, will be there last wear from me:( ) And some comfy wedge booties.
The hat was to try and hide my puffy face and bags under the eyes ...i have felt so so rough... i want my mum and obligatory chicken noodle soup that is a necessity when poorly.

The jeans will be going on to the ebay/sell pile as they are now too big and had to be safety pinned at the back. i didnt actually realise how much weight i'd lost to be honest. Obviously i counted those little pounds going down on the scales but its only now that i put these jeans on and remembered how tight they were previously that i can see the actuality of it. Having lost nearly 2 stone (28 pounds, 12.7kg ) i feel great and so much healthier (normally... stupid head cold..grrr), but i may gave to make a few replacements in some new jeans

Thanks so much for all your money saving tips, advice, encouragement. Its definitely on over here!! We are starting our disney fund for sure. In the mean time though we have managed to get a great little deal of a break for the october half term for all of us. We are going to stay in Cornwall for 4 nights in a luxury caravan. The kids love caravan holidays and the park looks lovely so i'm excited to get away with them and have fun! I hope the weather will be dry so we can do lots of woodland walks and go to the beach and eat fsh and chips and scones with Cornish clotted cream and jam...YUMMERS! Cornwall is one of my most favourite places, have you ever been?
