Have you ever scored a dress that you just find so comfy and so lovely that you actually wear it any chance you get? Well i was lucky enough to get this as part of my mothers day gifts. Hubs in his usual fashion thought oh sugar honey iced tea... it's mothers day tomorrow, and off he trotted kids in tow to the local Tesco. F&F has saved his bacon many many times,lol! Plus they can never to wrong there. I believe this dress was picked out by my son, which is a huge improvement on the christmas jumper he chose for me... it looked like a crazy demented chicken, but i never had the heart to return it as he loved his choice for me so much. It also didn't help that it made me look about 2 stone heavier.. it was the most bizarre cut and itchy as hell, but its still there in the bottom of my wardrobe. I may have to wear it around the house just for Neo one day,haha!
But yes back to the dress... we all know i have a #stripeaddiction right? well this dress fuels it even more. Its the perfect casual friday dress where you want to be comfy and yet the dress imply's that he you've got your shit together. It was a grey but mild day (double figures) so the denim jacket got its first outing of the season... first of many i can only assume.

Gorgeous stripes, gorgeous lady!! I am so digging your hair at the moment... still can't believe you're no longer raven haired, but the warm tone is soooooo beautiful on you. And isn't it nice just to be relieved of so many layers, even just a little? We still need some more warmth though, pronto ;))

ReplyDeleteThis striped dress is just perfect and looks incredibly cozy as well. I'm a big fan of comfy dresses like this because you hardly have to think when you put them on. Plus the stripes in this color would pair nicely with so many things. I'm especially liking the jean jacket paired with this dress. So perfect and spring-y. You look great!
