Kitty Kisses and Passion For Fashion Link up

 HAPPY FRIDAY LADIES!!!

 It's been a super busy week here and it's not even close to being over yet. Happiest season of all, should actually be called busiest season of all (not that im not happy, but man i neeed a break!!) I've worked all week in my day job(as opposed to part time) and i'm back there again tomorrow for our big charity day where i shall be dressed up in a zebra onesie and collecting money for Cancer Research. Its going to be a fun day. And today my son has his first Christmas play in which he is a Camel! Complete bummer, is costume didn't arrive (damn you ebay/royal mail) so we had to make a camel costume late last night, which proved to be interesting. So now he's a wierd reindeer come camel thing. Bless him!heehee
Watch c/o: Born Pretty STore
 I have been living in this grey skirt which i had from my sis for my birthday! Its stretchy and comfy and so versatile. I love it with flat comfy boots and oversized sweatshirts or smartened up! Its perfect and my new go-to skirt. And the love affair with grey continues! I almost feel like im cheating on all my colourful outfits, haha!

So this kind of steals the show... outside the back garden Lucky our cat came to visit. that boy loves his mama( probably because i provide the food!!). Evidently he is not camera shy at all, he strolled right over and decided to give his mama a kiss haha! SO sweet!

 What can i say, the cat loves the camera! ;-)

What's Your Christmas Party Outfit?

'Tis the month of Christmas parties, whether it's your works doo or with friends and family, and for most ladies its all about the perfect Christmas Party outfit. So this month i put to my darling sponsors;

What is your go-to Christmas Party look?

Meet Donna of Polka-Dot Pink

When it comes to Christmas party looks, I find wearing what makes you feel good is the key. For me, any go-to Christmas party outfit always revolves around a little black dress. Why? A black dress can let anyone's personality shine through. Dressing in a neutral block colour may not sound exciting but gives you free reign to let your personality shine with accessories. Personally, I love to mix a black dress with unique accessories. Last Christmas, I mixed my lbd with a vintage clutch bag, polka dot tights, a feathered hair band, red lipstick and bowed Carvela shoes. Did I mention my lbd cost £14.99? Every Christmas outfit I buy is affordable, why spend £££ on a party dress you'll wear once and may not fit next Christmas? I try to save funds to invest in key pieces. Even though it's years old now, I still love my lbd. Who knows, maybe I'll wear it this year? The lbd is every girl's best friend, wouldn't you agree?

Meet Erica of Being Erica

This polka dot dress is my go-to dress, no matter what the day. because of the monochrome pattern and flattering cut, it literally is perfect for any occasion. plus, it's comfy around the waist, and that really is important on a day where i'll be eating so much food! the red and green touches in the cardi and shoes bring the festive flavour to the ensemble, while the glitter headband brings the cheer! i really am a bonafide magpie; if something has glitter or sparkles, i am drawn to it. so for me on christmas, it's all about the gold, sparkly touches...i'm very excited for christmas day now!

Meet Paulette of Rorschach, Coffee and 1963

For the holidays, my go-to outfit for parties and events is a classic cocktail dress in a retro silhouette. I like luxe fabrics, embellishments, and accessories that evoke vintage glamour. I may sometimes feel overdressed, but I would much rather err on the side of being too done up than too casual. Besides, we girls don't get very many opportunities to go completely glam! I also take a little extra time with my hair and makeup, and usually apply false lashes. I top everything off with a nice wrap or princess coat, and a pair of high heels, like these leopard ones, for a little extra flair.

Biker with Leopard and Stripes

Hey lovelies, we have been enjoying experimenting with our new camera lately ( i say we, i mean hubs, i just stand there while he does the skill-full bit). We recently got us a little upgrade and went from a Canon to a Nikon and the switch over has  been a little rough! Its like a completely different camera experience. But finally with a few tweaks to the settings and a lot of patience i am happy to report some nice photos. What camera do you use? Any advice for a new Nikon user?

 Just another outfit i stole from a pin i had found and fallen in love with, and i totally loved wearing it too. Mixing a few of my favourite things stripes, my brown biker and leopard print!! Saaweeettt!!I've been more Rachel the Scarf than Rachel The Hat of late. My scarf collection is getting kinda crazy (crazy in a good way! i looove me some scarf's!) and this one from Miss Selfridge is big and cosy and one of my favourite remixing colours- mustard. I decided to clash it up a bit with the poppy red clutch i got in the mega Dorothy Perkins sale and called it an outfit. A happy outfit indeed. Simple but effective, my favourite kind.

 I have nothing really to say today (hence the load of waffle above) its just one of those days i guess, its sunday, im sleepy and busy arranging things for the coming week, housework and chores, so really i have nothing of any interest to say (unless you find laundry interesting then i invite you to have a conversation with me about how lovely the fabric softener is im using at the moment) But apart from that i have zilch..nada...nothing. So on that note i wish you a lovely week and and a lovely end to your weekend, whatever it is you're doing.
