Biker with Leopard and Stripes

Hey lovelies, we have been enjoying experimenting with our new camera lately ( i say we, i mean hubs, i just stand there while he does the skill-full bit). We recently got us a little upgrade and went from a Canon to a Nikon and the switch over has  been a little rough! Its like a completely different camera experience. But finally with a few tweaks to the settings and a lot of patience i am happy to report some nice photos. What camera do you use? Any advice for a new Nikon user?

Just another outfit i stole from a pin i had found and fallen in love with, and i totally loved wearing it too. Mixing a few of my favourite things stripes, my brown biker and leopard print!! Saaweeettt!!I've been more Rachel the Scarf than Rachel The Hat of late. My scarf collection is getting kinda crazy (crazy in a good way! i looove me some scarf's!) and this one from Miss Selfridge is big and cosy and one of my favourite remixing colours- mustard. I decided to clash it up a bit with the poppy red clutch i got in the mega Dorothy Perkins sale and called it an outfit. A happy outfit indeed. Simple but effective, my favourite kind.

I have nothing really to say today (hence the load of waffle above) its just one of those days i guess, its sunday, im sleepy and busy arranging things for the coming week, housework and chores, so really i have nothing of any interest to say (unless you find laundry interesting then i invite you to have a conversation with me about how lovely the fabric softener is im using at the moment) But apart from that i have zilch..nada...nothing. So on that note i wish you a lovely week and and a lovely end to your weekend, whatever it is you're doing.

Getting My Groove Back

Hey Hey! it's so good to be back with an outfit post, yyaaay, Finally!
Yesterday i celebrated my 29th Birthday and it was pretty swell, low key but lovely. I'm not gunna lie, my 28th year was not the best, we had a lot of crap, lost a lot and started all over again. But the good thing is each year i get to start afresh with the knowledge I've gained and the experiences i've had to hopefully move on and grow. So 29 be good to me please, I'm so ready for some good times. Onwards and upwards!

I recently received this gorgeous poppy red sweater from Chicnova, they're knitwear is superb (its where i also got this this cardigan, which i also love with a passion!) I have worn this particular sweater 3 times since Saturday, its the best!! I look forward to showing you it with a couple of skirts i just had for my birthday too! For the first time in a long time i'm dabbling with skirts again which makes remixing so much fun, but today its trusty skinny black jeans, another amazing staple for me. I've been really enjoying being smart-casual lately. Maybe its the new grown-up me, maybe i just feel too cold for dresses, maybe i feel like i'm getting old...who knows, but either way i like it., hope you do too. And of course where would i be without a hot of leopard print lately, i hardly leave home without it these days, lololol!!!

Later this week i have an awesome $100 giveaway for a funky online store, some more outfit posts, and of course Passion For Fashion Link Up, its so good to be back in the outfit post game!! Having not done one for a while i did totally procrastinate over these photos, like, why do i raise my eyebrows so much, why do i keep doing weird things with my hands, and the obvious, does my bum really look this big? haha! But Rachel's getting her groove back and i shall be back with the Passion For Fashion Link up on Friday (and the aforementioned awesome giveaway!!)

Do you ever procrastinate over your photos or loose
your outfit post groove?
